Get full Scholarship to study in Russia
The International Olympiad "The Future of Siberia" is a scholarship program for foreign citizens where the winners and prize-winners of the Olympiad are eligible to receive a quota from the Government of the Russian Federation for free tuition in Bachelor’s programs in English and Russian at one of State Universities in Novosibirsk.
The Government Scholarship covers full tuition in Russia.
Visa, medical insurance, and accommodation are NOT covered by the scholarship

WHO can attend Olympiad and get get scholarship?
- High school graduates
- Students in their final year of high school in their home country
- College graduates
- College students in their final year in their home country
- Taking the Olympiad testing*
- Period 1 - October 28 – November 3
- Period 2 - November 11 – November 24
- Period 3 - December 2 – December 8
- Announcement of the Olympiad results for the Winners and prize-winners
December 16 – December 23 - Document Provision
- January 1, 2025 – March 1, 2025
- Obtaining a scholarship and a referral to study at NSTU NETI
- May-June 2025
Language of study: Russian or English
Type of courses:
Preparatory course: 1 year.
Bachelor degree course: 4 year.
Master degree: 2 years
Terms and conditions:
Application deadline: December 1st 2024
Course will start on October 1st 20245
Age of students: for Bachelor degree courses - below 25, for Master degree corses - below 30.
General condition: studnets must have good and excellent marks in previous level of education.
Tuition and fees:
Tuition fee: free (full scholarship)
Accommodation: about USD300 per year
Living expesnes and food: student has to pay by himself. Approx USD1800 per year.
Air tickets to Novosibirsk: student has to buy on his own.
Medical check up and health insiarance: student has to buy on his own. Approx USD150 a year.
Registration fee: USD500. To be paid after application approved.
Admission fee: USD700. To be paid after invitation is ready.
Service fee: USD800. To be paid after invitation is ready.
Temporary block: Egypt, Libya, Ethiopia, iraq, Sirya, Yemen. For students of mentioned countries migration Service of Russia, has temporarily suspended issuing invitations. We expect that from August the Migration service will issue invitations again.
